Gold Reserve declares win against Venezuelan state bank [Global Arbitration Review]

Toronto-listed mining company Gold Reserve says it has won an ICC award worth US$29 million against a Venezuelan development bank that it says will aid its efforts to collect on a billion-dollar investment treaty award against the state.
